Bar Service Options to Suit your Event & Budget

Your choice of service type for your event will determine how guests pay for drinks at the bar.

  • Guests pay for all drinks at the bar as they go, via cash or card.

  • You put a fixed amount behind the bar, and whilst that is available guests do not pay for drinks.

    Once that runs out, we switch to cash bar.

  • Also known as a ‘free bar’ - Guests do not pay for their drinks, you pay for all drinks on behalf of your guests.

  • We provide you with tokens to distribute to your guests, which can be used to purchase drinks at the bar.

    You can choose how many tokens you would like to provide guests with, and we charge you a fixed amount per token, the price of which depends on the drinks you would like them to apply to.

    Once guests run out of tokens, we switch to a cash bar.
